Venda service terms

Venda provides software and workflow tools to help businesses manage marketing operations, connected-platform readiness, content preparation, and response workflows. By using Venda, you agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and only with accounts and assets you are authorized to manage.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, the legality of the content you prepare or publish, and the permissions you grant when connecting third-party services such as Meta or Google.

Venda may provide AI-assisted drafting, analysis, classification, or workflow support. Those outputs are intended to remain reviewable and editable by the user. You are responsible for reviewing final business, creative, legal, and publishing decisions.

Venda may suspend or limit access where necessary to protect the service, comply with platform rules, prevent misuse, or respond to security concerns.

The service is provided on an evolving basis. Features, integrations, and platform capabilities may change over time as third-party policies or product functionality change.

To the extent permitted by law, Venda is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, platform approval, business outcomes, or third-party API continuity.
