How to request account or integration data deletion

If you want Venda to stop processing data from a connected service, first disconnect the relevant integration inside the product or revoke the app’s access from the provider’s account settings.

If you want deletion of stored data associated with your Venda account or connected business, email support@venda.one with the subject line Venda data deletion request and include the email address or business details associated with your account.

Venda will use the submitted details to identify the relevant account and respond with next steps or confirmation. Where applicable, deletion requests may include account records, stored onboarding data, connected-platform metadata, media assets, and related operational records associated with the account, subject to any legal or security retention obligations.

If a request concerns data originating from a third-party platform such as Meta or Google, some information may also need to be deleted or disconnected directly from that platform according to its own policies.

Venda aims to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe after verifying the request.
