How Venda handles data

Venda helps businesses manage marketing operations, content preparation, connected platform assets, and review-response workflows. To provide those features, Venda may collect account information, business profile information, connected-platform metadata, and content inputs submitted by authorized users.

Venda may process business information such as business name, category, location, onboarding answers, connected channel configuration, media files, post drafts, review items, and comments or replies handled through supported integrations.

When a user connects third-party services such as Meta or Google, Venda may access only the scopes and data needed to support the enabled workflow, such as page discovery, publishing preparation, review-response support, comments, insights, or account diagnostics. Venda does not intentionally collect more data than required for those product functions.

Venda uses collected data to authenticate users, personalize the product to the connected business, prepare content and guidance, operate integrations, provide support, maintain security, and improve product reliability. Venda does not sell personal data.

Data may be stored in infrastructure used to operate the product, including application hosting, databases, storage systems, and integration providers. Access is limited to the business user, authorized collaborators, and operators supporting the service where necessary for security, troubleshooting, or service delivery.

If you disconnect an integration, Venda will stop using that integration’s access token for new actions. You may also request deletion of associated stored data by following the instructions on the data deletion page.
